What you should ask before paying.

What does lifetime access actually include?
Every feature shipping in Espresso IQ now — shot log, bean profiles, dial-in recipes, the AI coach — and every feature we ship after. No internal paywalls. No premium tier above founding-supporter. If a future product is genuinely separate from Espresso IQ, it will be a separate product, not a feature you suddenly need to pay for again.
When does the app go live, and how do I get in?
TestFlight beta opens to founding supporters first. The day your purchase clears, you receive an access code and the invitation. Public App Store launch follows once the beta cohort has run the app through enough real shots to call it stable.
What happens when the 500 seats are claimed?
The founding-supporter offer closes. After that, new users join Espresso IQ at the post-launch subscription tier — pricing for that has not been set, but it will not be ninety-nine dollars for life. Your terms do not change. What you bought is what you keep.
What is the refund policy?
Fourteen days, full refund, no narrative required, as long as you have not redeemed your access code in TestFlight. Once the code is redeemed and the app is unlocked, refunds become case-by-case — email hello@espressoiq.com and a real person responds.
What platforms does Espresso IQ run on?
iOS first — through TestFlight at beta, then the App Store at launch. Android and web are on the roadmap, in that order. Founding-supporter access carries across every platform we ship — one purchase, every surface, no per-device fees.
